LAYTHE JADALLAH


Laythe Jadallah is the President and Founder of Soholux Realty, a North Carolina–based
commercial real estate brokerage specializing in industrial and multifamily investment sales.
Laythe has built his career on a client-first philosophy, combining a strong work ethic, market
knowledge, and responsive execution to deliver results for both sellers and buyers.

Laythe works closely with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors,
advising on acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic positioning of income-producing assets. With
experience on both the brokerage and ownership side, he brings an operator’s mindset to every
transaction, focusing on cash flow, valuation, and long-term value creation. His approach is
analytical, transparent, and rooted in building long-term relationships rather than one-off
transactions.

A North Carolina State University alumnus, Laythe enjoys saltwater fishing, playing hockey, and
golfing in his free time.

DAVIS McNULTY


Davis exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout North and South Carolina, specializing in off-market transactions.

Prior to joining Soholux Realty, Davis completed his studies at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and worked in both corporate sales and the home renovation business.
Today, Davis advises and assists private investors in the acquisition and disposition of commercial assets. Davis’s entrepreneurial business background, talent for sales, and knowledge of the markets he covers allow him to maximize return on equity for his clients.

Davis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate, Business Analytics, and Information Technology from the University of Virginia. He is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina.

WILL KRICKOVIC

Will grew up working alongside his father in construction — an experience that gave him a ground-level understanding of real estate long before he held a license.

He went on to study Marketing and Spanish at NC State while simultaneously interning under Laythe, quickly moving into active deal work.

Today, Will focuses on commercial real estate, specializing in industrial, IOS and investment-grade properties across the Southeast. He works with institutional clients and private investors on acquisitions, dispositions, and market analysis. His bilingual fluency in Spanish adds a meaningful edge in client communication and market access.
